The Evaluation Process
What to expect

Intake Interview
We begin with a 1-hour clinical interview — typically with parents only — to gather background information and develop a tailored testing plan. This can be completed in person or virtually.
Testing Sessions
A 1:1 session with your child, typically 3–5 hours and sometimes split across multiple days. Activities are engaging and age-appropriate — play-based, pencil and paper, iPad, or manipulatives — with built-in breaks throughout.
Feedback & Report
Within 4-6 weeks of completing all data collection, we schedule a feedback session to walk through findings, diagnoses, and individualized recommendations for home, school, and beyond.
TYPES OF EVALUATIONS
Specialized assessments for every need
01
ADHD & Executive Functioning
A comprehensive evaluation for children and adults with concerns about impulsivity, hyperactivity, distractedness, or executive functioning — including task completion, organization, and following instructions.
Includes cognitive ability testing, processing speed, memory, and attention measures, paired with parent, teacher, and self-report scales to capture how symptoms impact daily life at home, school, or work.
